Shipping Policy

Shipping destinations:

At this time, we only ship in the United States.

 

Shipping times:

Orders are processed for shipment within 3 business days, with rare exceptions for holidays and large-scale promotions.

Shipping time is entirely controlled by the individual carrier, and shipping method selected at check out.

Shipping cost:
We offer a flat rate fee for all orders. FREE standard shipping for orders $100+ will automatically apply at checkout. The subtotal at checkout needs to be at or above $100, even after any discounts are applied to qualify for free shipping.

The total charge, including taxes and shipping, will be displayed at checkout.

Expedited shipping options are available, at the customer's expense.

Accurate Information Required:

Please ensure all shipping information is correct and accurate at time of checkout. We will not be liable for any errors entered at checkout, but will do all we can correct any errors, should they happen.

Quality and Freshness:

Please follow our storage tips! Bites may no longer be cold upon arrival. Most people prefer them cold, so place them in the fridge or freezer when they arrive. This will also maintain freshness longer. You can store them up to 3 months in the freezer.
